Training a lot on „Summit Trainer“:

Once had the opportunity to train on a stepmill ( – really good! (500 floors) – unfortunately the gym near work „only“ has a summit trainer.


19 out of 28 days with training in February (mostly 1 to 2 hours) – I think this should be ok. I should do some longer exercises – but timing is still an issue due to work.


Also got my hypoxic tent at home now. Having some technical issues – but hopefully this will be solved soon. (see images)
