The first few impressions of La Paz. Airport is in El Alto – the highest one in the world (>4000m). The city is quite interesting – EVERYTHING is somewhere in a hill – nothing flat here (except El Alto – wich is REALLY flat – but on 4000m!!!). La Paz is at about 3500 – 4000m.
The first time I saw a statue of a dead/dying soldier 🙂
