Henry was so kind to let me have his scooter for the day (and following days) – Thanks so much ๐Ÿ™‚
How much fun it is to drive through Saigon with a scooter – unbelievable. Initially it looks crazy – but Saigon traffic has its own rules. I really enjoyed it and traveled through many parts of the city. Unfortunately not many pictures – as taking pictures while driving would be a bit too much ๐Ÿ™‚

Before heading back to the flat I wanted to grab a bite to eat and went for a TripAdvisor recommendation nearby. I thought Chinese food for a change might be a good idea. I left as soon as I saw they offer “Shark Fin Soup”. Anyone who knows me has to acknowledge that I’m not a green activist or something like that. In fact I’m not a big fan of many of these activists activities. But why kill sharks? The meat is worthless and the fin is tasteless (I heard – but quite frankly I can’t think of a fin as being very flavorful).
During my divemaster internship I made a small presentation about that topic – see belowโ€ฆ

Some are “dog-people” – some are “cat-people” – I think I’m part of the “shark-people” ๐Ÿ™‚ (they are just so impressive under water!!!)
