Well, the Wellington visit had to be cut short. I planned to stay there for 3 days, but after having such a great time with Trev I just stayed here for one night before catching the ferry to the south island (Picton) – even though I extended my camper-van rental for 3 more days after meeting up with Trev 🙂
No regrets though – spending a couple of days with just Kiwis was absolutely worth it 🙂
But the ferry is f**** expensive with the camper-van 🙂 (243NZD) – but the views just before arriving in Picton where amazing again.
