Started at 7am in the morning to hike up to Machu Picchu and further on to Machu Picchu Mountain (3082m). Was really a great hike (approx. 1000m height difference). We also had great weather considering it is rainy season (didn’t rain until we were back in Aguas Calientes!). Nice view from that Mountain.
Machu Picchu itself – well – for me – stones 🙂 but good to have been there – The day was really great due to the nice hike….
